What better way to enjoy the cooler weather than with a bowl of fish and grits?! stone ground grits with garlic tomato confit and seared Mahi-Mahi. It’s a simple dish that packs a punch with flavor! Toasting the grits in well salted bacon fat and finishing with cream and extra sharp cheddar makes them super creamy and delicious!😍 A few shrimp on top for our shrimp lovers!
