We designed a beautiful corporate Christmas party for a client today. I have to breakdown the event tomorrow and I have (5) 10’ garlands available:

Mandie and I met in February through an amazing and beautiful mutual friend. Since then, we've been texting back and forth almost every day. Her vision was very specific, incredibly detailed, and something I had never done before, which made this experience both fun and challenging.

As an event designer and decorator, it is my job to ensure that I understand my clients' vision down to the smallest detail. I feel confident enough to say that I accomplished just that, and Mandie's vision came to life at Kitz Farm in New Hampshire.

My name is Sara, owner and founder of Once Lucy Events.

✨I am from Medellin Colombia and moved to Florida when I was 16. Joined the Marine Corps when I turned 18, and was stationed in California, Hawaii and Massachussets during my 10 years in service.

✨My passion for Event Design and Hospitality started while I was serving as a protocol specialist in Hawaii; I was in charge of assisting, planning, and coordinating military events for distinguished visitors such as the Chairman Joint Chief of Staff, former President Obama and former President Trump.

✨ I am a mama of 2 beautiful children who were my reason to transition out of the military and inspire them to pursue their true calling in life.

✨ I have a bachelors degree in Business administration, SERVSAFE Manager certified, and I’m currently going to college to earn a degree in marketing and food production certification.

✨Once Lucy Events is a business created for busy people that want to have beautiful events and host beautiful moments for their friends and families. With my experience, education, knowledge, and most importantly PASSION , I hope to bring you the most amazing memories by transforming the space into the event you dream of.
