Now that holidays are behind us let’s talk about this trip of a lifetime I will be hosting along with to Peru July 7 - July 14 2024.

Peru, a beacon for the discerning food traveler, unfolds a culinary tapestry rich in diversity and flavors. Over recent decades, it has risen to prominence as a global culinary powerhouse, boasting a fusion of cultures and ingredients that define its exceptional cuisine. From the iconic ceviche to hearty Andean stews and the innovative fusion in Lima, Peru’s culinary offerings are a harmonious blend of tradition and modern creativity. Home to globally acclaimed restaurants like Central, just recently voted the best restaurant in the world and Maido, Peru’s chefs push the boundaries of culinary art, creating a haven for food enthusiasts

The itinerary is is incredible - we start in Lima - roaming the markets, cafes and a CEVICHE Class (so cool).
Next we head to the Andean Highlands to exploreMachu Picchu, the Sacred Valley and Cuzco - one the most beautiful places on the planet. Our next stop is the one that will set this trip apart from any other - we head to ( #1 restaurant in the world) sister restaurant where the dining experience is like no other - first it’s a class room that delves into history, variances in sourcing by elevation, fermentation and finally you sit down for a multi course dinner.

This trip is going to be special - all accommodations are 4 and 5 star level - you and I will be touring together, sharing experiences together and exploring Peru in the way of a traveler - not a tourist.

After lots of consideration, we’ve decided to close our daily delivery service on Tuesdays. We will still be open for deliveries Wednesday-Saturday! This allows us to focus and dial in on our upcoming opening of !

We appreciate your unwavering support and can’t wait to bring you along on the journey of opening a restaurant! Our goal is to always support our community; whether that be the farmers that supply us, or you and your family!
