The Your Farms Your Table team is beyond excited to manage HopeWay’s in-house kitchen at their Sharon Road West campus, providing over 100 fresh, nourishing meals and snacks daily. We kicked things off on Saturday with a delicious breakfast—our first meal and a truly special moment!

Working alongside HopeWay’s amazing medical team, dietitians, and therapists, we’re creating meals that not only taste incredible but also nourish both body and mind. Using locally grown ingredients, fresh herbs, and mindful preparation, we’re so proud to be a small part of the healing and hope happening here. 🌱✨

Last week’s catering event was a hit! We served up a vibrant Bibb-Radicchio Chopped Salad that truly stole the show!

A huge thank you to our farmers for providing the freshest ingredients! Our salad featured Crispy Chickpeas, Muscadine Grapes, Juicy Persimmons, Creamy Goat Cheese. All tossed in a delightful Lemon-Cardamom Vinaigrette!

We loved seeing everyone enjoy this delicious dish!
