PRICE vs. VALUE:
I've been enjoying the summer with my wife and Baby Alexander, soaking up every smile, giggle, and little milestone before the fall wedding season kicks back into high gear.
This week, though, has been full of wedding consultations, and honestly... I love them.
Not because I'm trying to "sell" anyone, but because I genuinely enjoy educating couples on what we actually do at Events By Lor.
Most people think they're hiring someone to show up, play music, and make a few announcements.
In reality, you're hiring someone to help lead one of the biggest days of your life.
We're your:

• Master of Ceremonies
• Problem Solver
• Vendor Liaison
• Sound & Lighting Technician
• And finally... a Professional DJ who can read a room, control the energy, and seamlessly blend different genres, eras, and cultures into one unforgettable dance floor.
In other words... I'm your right-hand man on one of the most important days of your life.
One consultation this week really stood out. The mother of the groom joined because she was helping pay for the entertainment. As we walked through everything that goes into a successful wedding, you could literally see the moment she stopped looking at the price and started seeing the value.
They booked that same evening.
So I've come to one conclusion... I need more moms joining my consultations. 😂
In all seriousness, thank you to every couple, venue, planner, photographer, and fellow wedding vendor who continues to trust and recommend Events By Lor.
One of my favorite questions isn't... "How much do you charge?"
It's... "Are you available on our date?"
Because at the end of the day...
Price gets you into the conversation. Value earns the booking.
