This soda originated in Cuba in 1917. With island spices and notes of cream soda, it taste like a “fruitier Dr. Pepper”, and therefore pairs incredibly well with almost anything on our menu!🤤

🌴 MATERVA! 🌴
This soda was founded in Matanzas, Cuba in 1920. It is made from Yerba mate, a popular tea in several Latin American countries. This soda taste like a sparkling tea with a cream finish. It’s sweetness pairs perfect with our savory yuca fries!🤤

Meet Carlos & Robert, the dynamic duo that started it all! They were both born and raised in Miami, and have been best friends since they met in elementary school. As first generation Cuban-Americans, they have a deeply rooted passion towards the culture and cuisine of Cuba. Together, they look forward to sharing a taste of Cuba with you!
