Such a spectacular event hosted by the earlier this month! We had the pleasure of catering this gorgeous event for industry professionals at one of our favorite venues and we couldn’t be in any more awe!
We started off the night with several passed appetizers including our signature Chive Parmesan Canapés, Petite Brisket Tacos, and Tomato Pies. At each place setting, guests were greeted with a beautiful Amuse Bouche of Crab Causa, a Classic Peruvian Layered Causa a twist - with Citrus Crab Salad, Avocado, Layered with lime and ají amarillo infused mashed potatoes. Then we finished off the night with a Brûlée Bamqnq Cake for dessert. Our LTD’s chefs did such an amazing job with this one, we couldn’t be any more proud! 💙

It’s game day…and we’re here for the food! 🏈 🥑🍗 When you have Wings Three Ways: Smoked Wings w/ Alabama White Sauce, Fried Classic Buffalo, Garlic Parmesan, and our signature Honey Pepper Fried Chicken Sliders, you’ll be scoring touchdowns all day long!

Can you believe we’re already half-way through January?! As we progress through the beginning of the year, we’re seeing a lot of New Year’s resolutions and goals coming into play this month— healthier meal choices and alternative options! Healthy doesn’t have to be boring, especially when served on the prettiest china or our modern bubble bowls! Salad has now become the star of the show 🥗✨😊

Today we are highlighting Anna and James’ Wedding as we reminisce on their 9.18 anniversary!! 💕 Their menu choices were superb, as guests were raving about the food the entire night! From a tiered charcuterie display during cocktail hour, to a full on food carving station featuring NY Strip, Herb Crusted Salmon, a Mashed Potato Bar and Veggies for dinner, and ending the night with a late night snack of Sliders and Fries! Now that’s a party we would want to be at!!

Happy Labor Day weekend! The perfect excuse to be outside on the grill! 🥩 Today we feature our Styled “Smoke House” Station, one of the trendiest set ups for a casual outdoor event to end the summer!

We’re heading towards the last half of summer with a
classic Southern Tradition…ya’ll know what I’m talking about! 🦐🥔 Our Low Country boil of seasoned shrimp, smoked sausage, corn on the cob, and potatoes, complimented with cocktail sauce, hot sauce, and spicy mustard makes the perfect setup for the weekend. Set up as a food station and display, guests will be sure to enjoy this featured item this season!
