Meet Chef Milan!

Chef Milan has been in the kitchen since she could walk. From climbing cabinets to help get bowls and plates to snapping peas and mixing ingredients. She enjoyed learning how to make her family's cherished recipes, especially the desserts!

At a young age, in 2006, she decided to dedicate time to her passion for baking and began Milan EmPower (then named Rose of Daisies) as an homage to her great-grandmothers and the memories she had with them.

In 2019, she decided to attend bartending school and become a licensed bartender to expand her business and passion for entertainment. Today, Chef Milan continues her mission, as a Pastry Chef and Mixologist, to continue the legacies of two special women through community empowerment one sweet treat and drink at a time.
