Join the Rise and Thrive Women's Retreat for a Life-Changing Day of Personal Growth and Empowerment with Dr Shana Gourdine, a Partner of the New York. This event provides a unique opportunity for attendees to focus on their personal healing, growth, and development, and to connect with others who share similar goals and aspirations. The retreat includes three workshops, breakfast, lunch, a workbook, and a swag bag, but attendees are responsible for arranging and financing their own travel and accommodations.

Hello friends! We are in the holiday season! As you celebrate with you family and friends, please take time to self-reflect and make time for Self-Care. Many find the holidays to be one of joy and love but for many the holidays are the complete opposite with increased depression symptoms, stress and anxiety. Take time to care for yourself this holiday season and please make time to reach out to a friend or loved one that you know may be having a hard time. We take self-care seriously on the so much that we have a Self-Care Guru in each State on the Tour for our Partners to have support throughout the Tour to help reduce the stress and anxiety that can come from sharing your personal stories of surviving a crime. We also want to ensure that our Partners and the Communities to reach understand the importance of Self-Care not just as a Survivor but for everyone!
What's even more amazing is that we have Coach Lee , joining us on the Tour! Coach Lee is a Self-Love and Transformational Coach and teaches individuals how to love themselves again after trauma starting from within. We are happy to have her as the Maryland Self-Care Guru. Watch out for this phenomenal woman!
