I realized I haven’t actually introduced myself on my page so here it goes….

Hi- I’m Macy, Owner of Macy Made Events. This is my 3rd year in the industry and in the fall I hit my 1 year mark as a business owner 🤍

Some facts about me:
💍 I was a September ‘23 Bride & planned my full sized wedding in 4 months!!

💍 I have a bachelor’s degree in recreation and parks management and in college I focused on wedding and event planning!

💍 I am a licensed bartender- I am self taught and I’d like to say I’m a dang good mixologist! (Ask my family, I’m always the bartender at holidays or cookouts)

💍 My favorite part of the wedding day is when it’s time for the bride to put her dress on!! It’s such a special moment for her and it also means it’s game time for me!

💍 My ideal couple is organized, communicates well, trusts my professional opinion, won’t micromanage me and are both equally involved in the planning and decision making process.

💍 My favorite 2024 wedding trends are bows, vintage wedding cakes and smaller guest lists!!

💍 As a wedding coordinator, I pride myself on my ability to put out fires without my couple ever knowing there was an issue, thinking quickly and handling situations as they arise, keeping wedding day activities on time, holding all vendors to a high standard and making sure they perform to the best of their ability for my clients, resolving any conflicts between guests, wedding party or families, keeping all in attendance safe from potential harm and making sure my couple is STRESS FREE so that they can enjoy the most special moments throughout the day 🤍

This beautiful shot was taken during cocktail hour of this captains table. Never underestimate the elegance of a well set table, runners and some candles!

Do you like this style? The bride & groom had two tables like this on each side where they sat family and wedding party members!

I think its so classy and a fun way to honor your family and friends with special seating!! 🤍

Where do I even start with this couple? They have been such a joy to me. It’s been months since they booked me as their wedding coordinator and I am truly inspired by how much these two care about creating a beautiful day for themselves, family and friends to share in celebration. I am thrilled to see this day come together piece by piece. I am thankful for how involved Chloe and Matt have me and how they trust my advice and professional opinion 🤍

Pro Tip:
Don’t skip the details!! Sometimes I have brides who just don’t care for these photos. I say; get them! I promise you will appreciate them later. How elegant, right?
