I was asked recently for an example of a “block” type font. What I have done for my clients is an Italic which can be a non-script or a script and it is done with a broad edge nib unlike a Copperplate script which is done with a pointed pen nib. So I thought I’d post a few pics. ❤️

So happy to hand scribe 200+ bronze, silver and gold certificates for the area Girl Scouts! I know the families are so proud of these fantastic young people. And I am grateful to be able to participate in a small way in the celebrations!

Beautiful heavy white envelopes lined with gold foil from . Always a great choice. A script font with a little flourish, in black ink, for June wedding addressing. Classic and elegant.
