New sauce alert! The STINGER SPLASH starts with a base of scorpion peppers and white and apple cider vinegars with a mash of smoked jalapeño and have to peppers, onions and garlic.

While fairly spicy, it’s flavorful and incredibly addictive.

Greetings friends! It’s been a while. Some of you know that I moved to Florida in December, but I haven’t stopped cooking.

I wanted to announce my new project, Chili Goose! features hot sauces, bbq sauces and seasoning blends I’ve made over the years. Do you miss the FūD pimento cheese and chili? Well you can now buy the spice blends and make it at home.

Well, that's a wrap. After nearly 3 years at the time has come step out and see what's next in the world of culinary curiosity.

I have loved every second of my time at Town and I am so thankful to have been given the chance to cook here. A big shout out to Mark, Allen, George and Brian for the opportunity. It is not often you encounter people in this industry that are dedicated, trusting and, most importantly, people who are genuinely invested in their employees. In my 16+ years in the industry I don't think I've encountered a group who cared more for their people than Town.

On to the next adventure. Make sure you follow to see what's next. Make sure you drop by Town and give my boys (especially ) something to do!
