Hey friends! Today I am happy to announce that JonSchatz Catering will be joining forces with Carolina Hospitality Associates and operating out of the Holiday Inn on Greenville Blvd! After seeking out multiple locations and talking with quite a few people trying to find the best fit, I am very are excited to announce this opportunity to bring our best to our guest! Good morning! We cannot wait until October 15th when we get to join to great chefs at Smoke on the Water in Washington! We will be turning in a competition hog and helping out our friend Nico with the chili contest while he's in town with some great products! Can't wait to see y'all out there! Just to many hoops to jump through when you are trying to change how a commercial space operates. As September approaches and we all are getting back into the post summer work/school grove, let JonSchatz Catering answer the age old question of "What's for dinner?" This is a sample menu of our meal prep program that we will be launching in September. We will be offering chef inspired, ingredient driven single plate meals, family meal kits and restaurant style sides. Our menus will change weekly to accommodate the changing seasonal ingredients and dietary needs of our clients. We cannot wait to get started cooking for you!
