My menu usually consist of my Family's favorite dishes and some dishes I learned along the way. This dessert right here is a family favorite and is starting to become a public favorite. Apple Crumble made with fresh granny Smith apples and seasoned with cinnamon, brown sugar, nutmeg, and other spices and topped with our homemade sugar cookie dough with generous amounts of pecans. This is a perfect Fall/Winter dessert for any occasion. It's almost giving season...make someone's day by gifting them this sweet delicious treat.

Poundcake and Mashed Potatoes tends to always be on my page lol. This is my 3rd year Catering for Jeld-Wen's Thanksgiving potluck. I also catered 3 other events for them and was even asked to do desserts for their employee's wedding.
Consistency is important. Remember corporations will stick with you if you do great business have great customer service skills. I arrived early enough to set up and the food stayed warm and fresh.
From what I see they are a great company...I have seen the same employees even down to the security guards for the past 3 years. Everyone smiles and they are pretty friendly. I hope your company makes you happy. If not find somewhere who does 😊

One of my sandwiches on my boxed lunch menu is a chicken salad sandwich accompanied with bacon jam as the topping. Bacon jam is so good I've been wanting to try it on other things. I seen a video recently where this guy made this but he smoked the salmon. Either way it made my mouth water and inspired me to cook it.
This Bacon Jam Salmon was also serves with fresh spinach and feta with a hint of lemon and some garlic Mashed potatoes.
This may be a new menu item?

Homefries are great for breakfast, lunch or dinner it just depends what you are pairing it with. Either way it's a great side dish. These were made for a brunch that was also accompanied with eggs, kielbasa, salmon croquettes, bacon, and pancakes
How do you eat your homefries?
