I decided I didn't want to have all the fun today. So he had to get up off that couch today. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

My Mother taught me the key to cutting down on the cook time for pinto beans is to soak them for a hour before cooking. The soaking will soften the beans and decrease the hours of cooking.

Simple Saturday for me.

Fried baby potatoes are soooooo good.
