PART 2: I enjoyed cooking dinner for the talented ANGIE STONE and her fiancé. Per Angie Stone “I recommend to anybody that wants to show out, let him show up.” “Legally Delicious, believe it when I tell you, BEYOND ANYTHING I’VE EVER EATEN!!!” “Words can’t explain.” “Look, he [Chef Rod] came and blessed my fiancé and I. Whenever I come to Charlotte from now on, THIS WILL BE MY CHEF!” Per her fiancé “OUTSTANDING, outstanding, I’m full as a tick.” The menu was 1st Course: Lump Crab Cake and Asparagus, 2nd Course: Lobster Bisque w/ an entire lobster tail, 3rd Course: Fried Lobster Tail, Lamb Chops and Sweet Potato Casserole, 4th Course: Peach Cobbler w/ Ice Cream.
