We waited out the rain this past Saturday and it was worth it. We catered the Brown-Miller Racing company picnic at Frank Liske Park. We served up our famous Smokafried wings for appetizers along with chips and salsa and made on site guacamole. For dinner we sliced some ribs as best we could because they just kept falling off the bone. Along side of that we had our BBQ, baked beans, green beans, mac and cheese, and coleslaw, because you can’t have a picnic with the coleslaw. Chef Hatch even unveiled his newly created Cheerwine Habanero sauce.

Slow smoked ribs for an event this afternoon. I’m already hungry.
