A great conference isn’t just about the speakers or sessions, it’s also about the moments that shift perspectives, spark new ideas, and create lasting change. And yes, sometimes that magic includes a line dancing instructor, a live blues + country band, and a robot sketch booth. 🤠🎶🤖

For the past four years, we’ve had the incredible opportunity to support the Global Collaborative Congress on Osseointegration right here in Charlotte. This annual multi-day conference brings together over 150 surgeons, researchers, prosthetists, patient navigators, and more working together to advance outcomes and drive real collaboration in .

From logistics to curating immersive experiences that leave a mark, we love bringing strategic, creative energy to every event we manage.

Hey! Carla here talking about when work doesn’t feel like work! 😜

What do you think about that saying ⬆️ and its many iterations like do something you love and you’ll never work a day in your life. 🙃 I used to roll my eyes 👀 at these sayings, and sometimes still do, but over the past few years I have grown to better understand the saying. I think these words of advice provide grounding when you have the great fortune of finding a career path you enjoy.

I have found this joy in entrepreneurship and event planning and I do understand that is a luxury.

Now work is still work and there is no way around it; whether you love your job or have less choice in the matter.

As a business owner and event producer the hours are LONG and the days are CHALLENGING, but I wouldn’t have it any other way and I can truly say that most work days don’t feel like work even when I’m grinding on an event project until 4:00 am or working on a holiday.

I have now become one of those people I smirk at. Lol! 😂

Check me out working on the 4th of July over the past 4 years! I wouldn’t have it any other way and look forward to this event every year! 🙂❤️🤍💙 However, please note that this is the only holiday I’m working! Work, life, balance, right?!?! 😄

Last fall, one of our student interns shared with us that she loved all the projects and events we had her working on. She said she never thought she would be able to find a job that allowed her to use both her analytical and creative sides. This made our hearts happy! At Style Perfect Events, it’s all about strategic planning. From a photo activation to a multi-day conference, each event is designed with a purpose and goal in mind for our client partners. We ask a lot of questions and dig deep with our partners to ensure a meaningful event experience.
