"When I moved here to wine country I was shocked to discover that the practice of wine tastings conducted by area distributors was unavailable here. It’s a common practice across the country. So when the Wine Guild was created I immediately signed up. I am not an aficionado, a connoisseur, or any other fancy descriptor. I like to drink wine. I like discovering great new wines in my price range and tasting the ones above my limit. I also like learning about wine regions around the world in a fun and relaxing atmosphere – no pressure!
