Dear Members:

John Van Peppen is no longer General Manager of The Greencroft Club.

The Board is delighted to announce the promotion of Katy Kirby to the position of General Manager.

Katy has served Greencroft very ably for the past 5 years. She has many years of experience in the industry, and most recently has served as Greencroft's Food & Beverage Director. As you may know, she is a local award-winning Event Planner. Her tireless efforts and dedication to the Club have been unwavering. Katy brings devoted and conscientious talents, along with her warm smile and cordiality. We are thrilled to have Katy as our team and Club leader.

Cross some gifts off your list at the Greencroft Club Holiday Wine and Craft Expo. We will have all wines available for tasting and purchase by the bottle or by the case. Vendors will be on hand to tell you about their wines and answer any questions you may have. Tasting tickets
are only $25. Even if you can not attend, all Members are welcome to purchase! In addition to wine, a variety of craft vendors will be set up to help you find those perfect holiday gifts!

* Not all vendors accept credit cards. Please plan on bringing cash or checks for vendor purchases.

Stay for dinner after your tasting but make your
reservations early as seating will be limited.

You will also have an amazing opportunity to bid on all of our silent auction items. Our Membership Committee has worked on a 2024 plan to increase activities and your membership value at the Club. All proceeds will go toward these upgrades.

The Annual Fall Fest is coming up!

Open to the public with no Entrance Fee and $20 Wine Tasting. Bring the entire family out to the Club for an afternoon of live music with Jimmy O, games, s’mores, house made favorites like po’boys and Brunswick stew! Local wine representatives will present a variety of national and international wines. All food items will be offered a la carte. We look forward to seeing you there!

Trunk or Treat 2023 is in the books. Though it was a very hot day, a fun time was had by all. Thanks to everyone who came out and decorated their cars or tables. And, to the families who brought their kids out for a special day of face painting, pumpkin painting, free food and of course lots of candy. This event benefited the Ishan Gala Foundation. Also, a special shout out to our staff who did a fabulous job.

Trunk or Treat
Sunday, October 29th | 12:00PM-2:00PM

Bring the kids out this season for our third annual Trunk or Treat benefiting the Ishan Gala Foundation (IGF.) The local rescue station will display their firetruck and ambulance. Outdoor games, face painting, s’mores, and complimentary food and beverages will be provided.

The Ishan Gala Foundation is a local nonprofit whose main focus is “solely on direct support to fighting families that live in Virginia with the newly opened University of Virginia Battle Building “
“We improve the quality of life for children and families fighting cancer. “

We need Members and friends to sign up to decorate and display their car, truck, or SUV trunk and hand out candy to all. If decorating isn’t your thing, we are also accepting donations toward food and beverages. You can also make a direct donation to IGF or make a note on your monthly statement with a donation amount.
