erty provides a magical backdrop that is uniquely different. Step into our estate’s lavish interior and explore 26,000 square feet of elegant details. The lower level is entirely exposed rock and natural wood beams. Think of a dapper cigar lounge with dark leather furniture, billiards and a bar. The upper level has soaring ceilings with an abundance of natural light and a private atrium with views of the property and lake in the distance. The main level of the home cohesively brings these two styles together into a grand and stately entertainment area. Equestria West
Equestria West evokes the feeling of rich elegance in a rustic setting. Inspired by nature's beauty and high end style, this venue is a one-of-a-kind twist on rustic-luxe. As you drive into Equestria West, you’ll feel as if you entered the hallowed grounds of the Kentucky Derby. White washed beams and regal cupolas are surrounded with winding white fences and well manicured walkways, and flowering trees surrounding the perimeter.
