The traditional sit-down dinner service has always been the most popular type of dinner service, irrespective of the event type.

Most plated dinner service menus include three courses separately served by waitstaff that are experienced in this type of service. Guests can usually make a choice from two to three entrees, stating their preference when they RSVP to attend the event.

Plated dinner service is formal and elegant, and suitable for most high end events.

We are not quite finished with our 2024 events and we are still working but…my husband is home…so I will not be responding to any calls or texts from now until the 1st of the year. I have not had a off day since the Summer.

We are soooo excited to announce that The Venue at Hidden Lake is expanding! The beautiful new heated/air conditioned event space, thoughtfully named The Overlook, will feature breathtaking floor-to-ceiling windows offering views across the gorgeous lawn, breathtaking live oak trees, and dreamy lake! Long post warning!! 🤍🤍

Where do I begin? I have started this post so many times but couldn’t find the perfect words. I am not a writer and this deserves the best words, perfection, professionalism and sincerity. I will just be honest and hope that the love I have for this person is felt by everyone who reads this.

I met Debbie Patrick and fell in love with her instantly. She is fierce! She is beautiful! She has been in the wedding business a long time. And after talking to her and hearing her vision for a day she was planning I knew I had to be a part of what would be “THE”Wedding Day all little girls have dreamed of. She has worked with and for the best caterers in the business over the years and she chose us! I still can’t understand it but we were so honored that she did.

Debbie has supported us in every way possible, always singing our praises on social media and referring us to everyone she comes in contact with. I smile every time I get a notification with her name on it. She always writes the perfect words. She really should be a writer or PR person. And she had not even seen our work on her table. She trusted us. She believed that we would give her exactly what she wanted in food and presentation for the BIG day.

And I hope that we succeeded.

Thank you Debbie for being in our corner. Thank you for all the kind words repeatedly. Thank you for letting us love on you and your guests with food. Thank you for hiring us. Thank you for trusting us. Thank you for all the patience you extended when we were busy and you needed an answer. Thank you for being the best Mom, best decorator, best woman alive in my book!

Have I mentioned we have the best clients? We have 20 events left in 2024 but I just want to say how much we ❤️ you guys for loving on us like you do!
I just cannot believe how BIG our small business has grown. I would have never thought in a million years that my little dream would have brought us to where we are today. I pinch myself everyday and still don’t understand it really. My heart is smiling for sure. Thank you so much….Really! 🥹

If you know anything about Grayson Air Conditioning, Inc. then you know they take care of their people and know how to throw a party!! Kim is a planner and doesn’t miss any detail. Her goal is to create the best experience for their employees and guests during Christmas. And this year she knocked it out of the park once again.

It was a “Winter Wonderland” and guests were asked to wear all shades of blue.

We were so excited to be a part of this experience once again bringing all their favorite dishes to add to their fabulous event. I hope your bellies were full and that we gave you guys everything you imagined.
