We are always concepting/ideating, on spec, some original design concepts. From time to time, we’ll post some of these concepts. The rendering and schematic in this post were for a possible VIP dinner concept we spec’d for a luxury hotel.

Using their highly decorated guest registration area, we designed a dinner for 50 VIP’s, integrating their existing architectural elements and incorporating new technologies like battery powered, wireless DMX controlled Hyperion LED tubes. These can be programmed by either a lighting board or by video feed to create various lighting and FX moods. The tubes are attached to self-standing, custom triangular arches that are also accented with lush floral. The linen-less, serpentine marble dining tables, surrounded by gold “O Louis” upholstered chairs create a linear colonnade effect for an elevated, unusual and elegant VIP dinner environment.

Elevated, original, food concept experiences for corporate and private social events, whether for 50 or 5000 guests, are a core competency of Angel City Designs. This includes catering coordination, celebrity chef programs, front of house service and management as well as food and beverage menu concepts.

After a day of exclusive screenings, NBCUniversal International Distribution VIPs enjoyed a cocktail hour and a luxurious, 3 course, gourmet dinner at Spago Beverly Hills. The tables featured custom-themed centerpieces representing the shows that NBC Universal sells to the international marketplace Matsumoto Flowers

A beautiful night with a powerful purpose 🌟 has helped over 15,000 people transition out of homelessness just last year alone. This amazing work was celebrated at the LAFH awards which Angel City Designs was proud to produce and design.

Heartfelt moments and meaningful change 🧡 LA Family Housing guides individuals out of homelessness and poverty through a continuum of housing coupled with comprehensive supportive services. Angel City designs is honored to support their mission as the producer and designer of their annual spring gala fundraiser, the LAFH Awards. This year the event took place on the plaza of the Pacific Design Center. Special guests included LA Mayor Karen Bass, several former Lakers and Rams and Gracie Abrams, a new Grammy nominated artist who gave a wonderful live performance. Over 1.3M was raised to help end homelessness.
