Lockhart’s Fire & Smoke Catering closed as of Nov 1, 2021. I catered for 21 years in the greater Chattanooga area while being a full-time Paramedic also. I had a ball doing it! I made some great friends and always top notch crews helping me and making me look good!!
Thanks to my wonderful customers, friends and family that supported me (and even worked with me at times) in this venture. It truly was a blast.
Time to slow my life down a little bit 😎🍹🌴

Lockhart’s does a mean breakfast! This one was for 260 people- eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, and of course these delicious hash browns! If you are looking for a caterer that can do most anything you want, give me a holler! Breakfast, lunch, dinner... wanna feed all 3 shifts of workers at your business affordably? I’m the guy!
Want references? Testimonials? Let me know and I’ll provide enough that you will get tired of reading before you finish all of them!

Attention car enthusiasts! We will be at Chattanooga State from 12-7 PM tomorrow selling delicious BBQ, Burgers, hotdogs, and smoked sausages with onions and peppers! The Hot Rod Power Tour is an awesome event if you have never been.There will be thousands of hot rods and show cars on Chattanooga State’s campus tomorrow. Come on out and check out some beautiful cars and get a bite to eat from us. We should be set up next to the baseball field on campus.

Lockhart's will be serving the breakfast peppers again tomorrow morning at the Chattanooga Market! They should be ready to serve at least by 945 if not 930. I am bringing more than double what I did last week. Feel free to pre-order on here. But if u pre-order u are on the hook for the $$$!
The pablano peppers are stuffed with egg, sausage, Rotel, and covered with cheese. They are delicious! $4

I was just informed by a long-time friend of mine that his lovely daughter has to give a speech in her Public Speaking class at Jacksonville State. She has to talk about places in Ringgokd to eat. Well the soccer game was a huge success last night at Finley Stadium! Mainly because I had the A-Team working their butts off with me! Charles Hudson and I on the grills (freezing outside!), Nikki Pascual and Allie Bowles taking money (and smiling at the boys LOL), Carlin hustling the food out with my 2 awesome unnamed nephews! (Unnamed at their mother's request- I think they are in a witness protection program because of her sometimes outspoken political views! Lol
Anyway, I have a great team that never stops working hard or caves in! Thank y'all so much! You make it fun! And thanks to everyone that ate with us!!!!

We are excited to announce we have been invited to set up and sell food at Springhill Suites downtown on the riverfront TOMORROW NIGHT! Live music provided by my good friend Dennis R. Massengale's band No Big Deal!
We will be offering our Award Winning pulled pork BBQ and smoked chicken, our huge freshly prepared burgers, and maaaybeee our life-changing smoked chicken salad on croissants!
It's gonna be perfect weather tomorrow evening...nice breeze by the river...great live music...great food... sounds like a recipe for an awesome night out! Please join us! 6pm-9pm

I love u man! There is NO DOUBT in my mind my business would not be where it is now without u buddy. U bust it hard 4 days a week (at least) catering with me PLUS the 40 hours a week we spend on the ambulance together! I can't think of anyone else that would put up with me like u do- well, Kristi. But she has too! Lol Thanks man! U are an awesome friend and partner!!!!
