The idea came about at around 4:00 AM one morning while the four of us were grilling T-bone steaks after returning from the bar.

Racks-N-Butts BBQ is a barbecue team and catering service specializing in preparing our products over the open flame ranging from traditional southern style barbecue with all the fixins to our own unique grilled dishes. We all loved smoking and eating barbecue while entertaining friends. Two of us were already pretty skilled behind the grill, but we had to be perfect. So, then the research stage b

egan with many late nights and a little help from lots of light natural beer and Tennessee whiskey. We are confident in the high quality of the products we presently offer and are now experimenting with new items. Currently we have expanded into catering services and barbecue competitions and have high expectations for the future.
