CHA Master Instructor, Tereesa Wentland offers horsemanship lessons in Western, English, Jumping, Dressage, Vaulting, Cattle Sorting and Roping, preparation for showing. She also offers Horse Training and Tune-Ups, Purchase and Sales. Clinics-Tereesa is willing to host a clinic at her facility or travel to your facility and teach a clinic. She believes horsemanship skills are the foundation to every type of riding. Good communication creates harmony with the horse and a successful team.

What does it mean to be in connection?

It means that you and your horse have let go of your fears and allowed yourselves to work in harmony. Doesn’t that sound beautiful? Yes. Is it easy? No.

This is something that can take a lifetime to accomplish but truthfully can start fairly easily. Just having the awareness that being with your horse or a horse and riding doesn’t have to look a certain way and it doesn’t have to be how someone else does it. Maybe connection for you is ground work, or grooming, it doesn’t necessarily have to be riding.

These two are so fun and always asking for ways to challenge themselves. Last week we rode bareback for a portion of their lesson. Working on balance, a relaxed seat and confidence. They ended with a loop around the ranch. I love watching our students grow as people and as riders! --Miss Natalie

Finny after thirty days! This colt has done an amazing job with his first month under saddle, even with lots of hauling and scenery change he takes it all in stride! We are excited to see what the next 30 look like! We have openings! Call Jazmyn at (509) 760-9553 to get your horse in for training!
