This weekend a women’s inspirational group gathered at The Venue to discuss topics about mental health, grief, depression, positive affirmations, faith, putting yourself first, and so much more information about self care!
Alicia shared, “We have to nurture ourselves as women. We care for everyone around us and we must take time for ourselves! Be intentional about You!” ✨✨
