My name is Daniel Mohlé and I am the owner of MoJo Spices & Catering. I have been involved in the food service industry for most of my life. Throughout my experiences, I have found that there is a market for spice mixes & rubs, especially ones that:

• are made from high-quality ingredients
• can be used in multiple recipes
• are made with a focus on both personal health and FLAVOR!!!!!
• and, wit

h the increased focus on buying local, is provided by a local business. I have been making spice mixes for myself, my friends & family for the past several years. I am a very creative thinker when it comes to flavor combinations. I try to use local ingredients from local providers whenever possible. I believe in supporting other local businesses so that we can all thrive. I have a bachelor’s degree in nutrition from Oregon State University. One of my main focuses is to provide high-quality and flavorful spice mixes & rubs. I am also looking for a way to begin making them available to a larger audience. I also am now offering catering services for small parties (up to 20 people). In addition, I am also looking to provide assistance for people who are looking for nutritional guidance. This may include access to recipes and nutritional consultation services as well. My motto is:

to every day by adding a little MoJo. My mission statement reads as follows:

The app WILL ask for permission to access your contact list, But NO ONE has my consent to use my name, phone number or any other identifying contact info in connection with these tracking apps which will identify me and locate me without my knowledge or permission. I resist this tracking.

Howdy-Do My Spicy People!!

Quick update that I forgot to make earlier...my stock is a little low on small jars this week due to timetables not quite lining up. I am currently out of the following flavors: Mostly Mojo, Pho MoJo, and Roasted MoJo.

This is due to not having jars. I am looking to have a full restock next week.
