From breakfast-brunch-cocktail hour & dinner. October was full of AMAZING MENUS & CLIENTS ❤️

All kinds of fresh deliciousness!! 3 events yesterday 3 separate menus and 3 very happy clients. Our Pistachio Chicken, meduim prime, honey garlic chile cedar planked salmon , chicken cordon bleu, brisket, smoked turkey, fire roasted veggie & meat lasagna, grilled chicken baked in our creamy garlic sauce, strawberry feta pecan salad, rosemary roasted baby potatoes, yum yum chicken wellington, mac n cheese, creamy garlic cheddar mash potatoes, green beans, mushroom risotto ravioli! So much food to list, to prepare and 16 hours in the kitchen from start to finish. Yesterday our staff (special thanks to my husband & daughters) was a well oiled machine!!

AMAZING WEEK! Interstate Honda Grand Opening! 8ft beautiful grazing table, brisket-pulled pork sliders-mac & cheese cups- chicken cordon bleu skewers- & our super yummy broccoli Cauliflower Crunch Salad cups!

Then to a beautiful wedding dinner for 200.

Slowed smoked brisket- penne alfredo w/grilled chicken, twiced baked garlic cheddar mash- Sauteed garlic herb veggies- raspberry Feta pecan and ceasar salad! Variety of garlic breads-rolls- French onion Focaccia along side our our allergy-gluten-vegan entrees. The Spinach cashew ravioli with a sweet maple savory glaze with plant based butter cream. And our non dairy gluten free alfredo with Sauteed veggies! Everyone loved it. 🍴 🍽 🧀 🍷

Been a busy few weeks. Cooking tasty goodness. Our homemade beef & sausage lasagna and Truffle ravioli in a garlic butter parmesan cream was a huge hit. Our brisket is always a fan favorite. Juicy well seasoned and beautifully smoked for 18 to 20 hours paired with slightly smoked gluten free mac n cheese, gluten free chicken cordon bleu and savory baby potatoes! It's a WIN!

It's been a busy few weeks. Don't always have time to take pictures but we try. Love this placesetting option we offer black charger, crystal star plate with white napkins....so classy. Several jobs several menus. But this tasty combo was slow 18 hour smoked prime brisket, creamy garlic chicken, 20 hour smoked pulled pork, our signature recipe Butternut squash ravioli with fresh candied roasted Butternut squash in our secret cashew cream, roasted veggies and our loaded Cauliflower broccoli crunch salad. So good! So many compliments and you know success is in the majority of guest wanting second servings!
