It’s been just over a year since our first wedding here at The Clocktower and WOW! what a ride it has been.

Watching this space transform over the last two years has been nothing short of inspiring. From opening our doors to couples, vendors, and guests, to adding updates along the way, this has been a road we are SO happy to have embarked on.

Happy Administrative Professionals Day to our incredible support crew. Behind every awe-inspired event and magical moment here at the Collins at the Clocktower, our dedicated administrative staff is working to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Our Contracting and Onboarding team helps to get couples oriented with our venue and services after initial booking. From sending out contracts, to adding our couples to our Aisle Planner Software and private Facebook group, our Contracting and Onboarding team is there to answer any questions you have about the venue before or immediately after booking! 📋

Our Vendor Liaison, Allie, reaches out to all of our couples' vendors throughout the planning process. Her job is to gather their insurance, provide load-in and load-out instructions, and familiarize them with the venue. If a vendor of yours needs to tour the facility, she can help schedule that too!

Additionally, our Planning and Media teams are there to help you along the path to wedding day as well! 💌

From managing logistics to coordinating paperwork, our staffs attention to detail and hard work make the world of a difference for our couples, allowing them a stress-free wedding planning process.

We are SO happy to celebrate all those that work behind-the-scenes today. ✨
