Today we had the privilege of catering the Forest Hill Junior High 8th grade graduation crawfish boil!! We wish all of these 8th graders the best of luck as they leave to begin High School!! Have a great summer!!

We love being a part of the employee appreciation crawfish boil hosted by Chris and Kevin Maddox for River Run Dirt Service and Tiger Lake Livestock! Headed to Baton Rouge this weekend to boil up some crawfish for the LSU Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity We had a great time cooking for these guys and their families !! 1200 pounds of Cheneyville crawfish !! It was a beautiful day to have a boil !!
