Honey Butter Garlic Glazed Salmon Bites

Ingredients:

1 pound salmon fillets, skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Season Salmon: Season the salmon pieces with salt and pepper to taste.
Prepare Glaze: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant. Stir in the honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice, and cook for another minute, stirring constantly, until the sauce is well combined and slightly thickened.
Cook Salmon: Add the salmon pieces to the skillet, arranging them in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Glaze Salmon: Spoon the honey butter garlic glaze over the salmon bites in the skillet, ensuring they are well coated.
Garnish: Remove the skillet from the heat and transfer the glazed salmon bites to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and sesame seeds, if desired.
Serve: Serve the honey butter garlic glazed salmon bites immediately, with rice, quinoa, or your favorite side dishes.
