Hey there, farm fans! We’re Carrie and Ryan, the faces behind Fair Weather Farms. We’re a blended family of four awesome kids, and with our first grandbaby on the way. 💗
We moved to this slice of heaven back in April and haven’t looked back! What started as a fun way to feed the animals has grown into our passion, and now, Fair Weather Farms is our baby—well, until our new little grandbaby bundle arrives, of course! 😉
Every day, we wake up excited to make sure your visits are as unforgettable as our own journey here has been. From wrangling pigs to sharing cow cuddles, meeting new faces like yours is the cherry on top of our farm life sundae. Come say hi, snag some pics, and be a part of our ever-growing farm family! We loveeee a good sneak peek from ❤️ but it got us wondering why cows are always licking their noses… We found out, It’s not just for show! 🐮👅
Cows lick their noses to keep them clean and moist. A wet nose helps them pick up scents more effectively, kind of like a built-in radar for tasty treats and staying aware of their surroundings. Plus, it helps keep pesky flies away. So, next time you see a cow giving its nose a good lick, you’ll know it’s just part of their clever nature!
