Isabella and Glen’s wedding was such a fun day! Everything went smoothly, and they really added their personal touch to the celebration. The vintage car they brought in was the perfect prop for photos—definitely gave the shots that classic, timeless vibe. The wedding party kept the energy high with some fun, playful dances for their entrance, and the live saxophone player added a cool, jazzy feel to the day. 😍

One of the best parts was their McDonald's corner. It was such a fun and unexpected treat for everyone! And to top it off, the smoke machine guns and LED robot really turned up the party. The robot had everyone hyped up and dancing all night. Aqua Turf gave us so many great spots for photos, which made capturing all those special moments even more amazing.

Tip for couples: Adding unique elements like a vintage car, fun food stations, or a hype crew with LED robots can really make your wedding stand out and feel more "you." It’s those little things that everyone will remember!

Cami and Patrick's 50s-themed engagement shoot at Olympia Diner was such a fun throwback! They really went all out with the details, and it made the whole session feel so authentic. Cami looked amazing in her pink dress, white cardigan, red headband, and red lipstick, while Patrick matched her perfectly in his all-black suit, with that red pocket square adding just the right pop of color.

When it comes to themed shoots, it's all about committing to the details, and Cami and Patrick nailed it. It was so fun to capture their vibe and creativity. Huge congratulations to these two! 💖💍

Leah and Michael’s wedding had such a cool rustic vibe! We found so many amazing spots to shoot—one of our favorites was the train tracks, which totally matched the vibe they were going for. Their choreographed first dance was so fun to watch, and the best man’s energetic speech kept everyone laughing.

A quick tip: if your venue has unique features like Leah and Michael's did, like those train tracks or vintage touches, definitely use them to your advantage in your photos! It adds so much character to your wedding album.

Corey & Liz’s proposal was such a sweet moment to capture! 😍 You could feel the excitement, and their reactions were everything. The setting by the lake was perfect—it gave the whole scene a calm, beautiful vibe. Plus, having their friends and family there added such a fun energy to the moment. It was amazing to be part of that special time, and it reminds me why hiring a professional photographer for proposals is so important. It’s a moment that only happens once, and having someone there to catch those genuine emotions as they unfold is priceless. Victoria and Jake’s wedding was a blast from start to finish. The wedding party kicked things off with some fun, creative dance moves during their entrance, and their first dance, with the dry ice machine, felt like they were dancing on clouds. To keep the energy going, they brought in a “robot” performer who was a huge hit! Extra entertainment like that really keeps the vibe alive. Plus, their DJ was spot on, reading the room perfectly and making sure the music matched the fun energy of the night, keeping everyone on the dance floor. 💃🕺

Carlye and Derek’s wedding was truly remarkable. The ceremony at the top of the mountain at Powder Ridge Mountain Park & Resort set the perfect scene, and getting there by ski lift was an adventure everyone enjoyed – even our team had a blast riding up. The reception at Millpond Gatherings continued the magic, bringing everyone together to celebrate in style. Their Mickey and Minnie wedding headpieces and Disney movie-themed table decor added so much personality to the celebration.

A tip for couples planning something similar: if your ceremony and reception are at different locations, consider the logistics and the guest experience. The transition can become a fun part of the day and offer opportunities for memorable moments.

Nicole and Blade’s engagement shoot was so fun and personal! They brought along their university jackets, which made for some super cute and meaningful shots. Adding little personal touches like that really makes a session feel unique to you as a couple. 💗

One tip I recommend is creating an inspiration board before your engagement shoot. It helps give us a clear idea of your vision—whether it’s props, locations, or even specific poses you want to try.

We had a fun time capturing Allison and Zachary’s wedding day! The weather was perfect paired with the awesome vibe of the couple and their guests. Allison had three dress changes throughout the day, starting with her mom's wedding gown, which was such a meaningful touch. Whether you keep it classic or switch it up a bit, reusing a mom’s gown adds that extra sentimental value to the day. Plus, having another dress to change into can really let you switch up the vibe and make the reception feel even more fun and relaxed. ❤

One cool thing they also did was their cake topper—it was their dog! It was such a fun and personal way to include their fur baby in the celebration.

Had an awesome time with Nicole and Dan at Cheshire for their engagement shoot! These two brought so much fun and energy, especially when they decided to shotgun some beers together—it was such a blast! 🍻

One thing you can do for engagement shoots is to bring an extra set of clothes. Whether it’s for a different vibe or just in case you get a little adventurous (like these two), it's always good to have options. Nicole and Dan made it a day to remember, and I can’t wait for their big day! ☀❤

Tara and Michael’s wedding at Anthony’s Ocean View was simply awesome! We were all hoping for a beautiful sunset, but the clouds had other plans. Even without the sunset, the photos turned out amazing. Here’s a tip, if the weather isn’t what you hoped for, don’t stress! Cloudy skies can actually be great for photos. They provide a soft, even light that reduces harsh shadows and gives your images a dreamy, romantic feel. Plus, unexpected weather can create unique and memorable moments that you might not have captured otherwise. ❤

And can we talk about that Corvette? Shooting with Tara and Michael in their sleek ride was a highlight—definitely added a little extra cool factor to their already awesome day! Congrats, Tara and Michael! ✨🥂

We had the best time shooting Alexis and Peter's engagement session at The Graduate in New Haven! The bar area was such a vibe—stylish, moody lighting and all those cool details made it perfect for photos. Alexis and Peter were right at home, and it felt like we were just hanging out, capturing their fun and relaxed vibe.

Pro tip: When choosing an indoor location for your photos, pick a place with different settings or areas to shoot. It adds variety and keeps things interesting, just like we had with all the cool spots at The Graduate. Alexis and Peter made the most of it, and we can’t wait for their wedding day!
