This is a 2 day, family and dog friendly event! September 16th and 17th - 10am - 3pm

ALL FRIENDLY DOGS WELCOME! Retractable leashes will NOT be allowed into the fairgrounds, for everyone’s safety. Standard leashes are available to borrow during the event if needed. Thank you for your cooperation. Our beer and wine tent will be open from12-4 on Saturday and 12-3 on Sunday, featuring all CT breweries and wineries! Tickets are $10 each, and good for 2 flights or 2 full pours. Valid ID required to purchase tickets. Lure course tickets are $5 per dog. Visit homewardboundct.org for more information! All proceeds benefit Homeward Bound CT, a 501(c)3 organization. Our mission is to help shelters and rescues find homes for their dogs, as well as spay and neuter as many dogs as we can to reduce the number that are euthanized in shelters every single day.

Hey Everyone.... As we start getting our act together and planning our 12th Chester Dog Fair we are reaching out to see if any of our amazing followers might be able to help us out.

Over the past many years we've had a wonderful volunteer offer the use of his 20 x 40 tent for our Beer and Wine Tent. He's volunteered to set it up and break it down for us. He's never charged us and always delivered it with a smile along with his happy black lab. Well who knew that he'd retire and head to Florida right??? The nerve! JK... Last year we were lucky enough to find out the the Killingworth Lion's Club rents out their tent but it might not be available this year due to some damage so we're putting feelers out there to see if any of our fine people have maybe an "in" somewhere? These can be very expensive and we'd really like to not have it cut in to the funds we make that go directly to our Spay It Forward program so if anyone knows someone who might have a 20 x 40 tent just hanging around that isn't using it September 19th/20th we'd love you FOREVER.....
