Change of schedule!

Through the summer, I will be relocating my weekly program to Saturday afternoons from 3-5 PM. This works more conveniently with my schedule for the next few months. This will begin Saturday, May 25th.

As much as I wanted to return today, I am unfortunately feeling under the weather, and as a result I will be off air this evening. So long as I am feeling better, I intend to host a special Friday night as a make-up.

I'll be on the air from 11 AM to 1 PM and 5:50-7PM Eastern Monday- Thursday of this week, spinning up tunes to keep you motivated! These will feature very little talking and mostly music to keep that energy flowing.
