🍣✨ Good Morning! ✨🍣

As a private catering company, we’re honored to be booked for many private events, weddings, and intimate in-home dinners. When we’re not busy with these special occasions, we love opening up days for sushi tray deliveries — perfect for gatherings or a delicious treat at home!

Please note: Our July and August schedules are nearly fully booked, so we’ve decided to close bookings until Monday, August 4th, to prepare for September.

However, there may still be some openings in July and August! If you’d like to be on our waitlist, please send us a message, and we’ll keep you in mind if spots become available.

Exciting news: We’re hosting a fantastic open collaboration sushi sake event at the end of August, open to the public! Stay tuned for more details coming soon.

Reminders: We are only taking small sushi orders on Friday & Saturdays. We book large private catering only during the week & weekends. To book a sushi class, we only do those on Sundays.

We are so excited to be joining the food court at this weekend, Friday, April 25th-Sunday, April 27th at the !!!! We will be out there Ala gin’ Japanese STREET FOOD! 😀

We will be outside under the HUGE white tents in the parking lot with our lovely industry fam: & BBC Asian Cafe!!!

Come say hi, hang out, eat, drink & then enjoy the biggest anime convention in the Midwest! 😍🥰🤗

We are excited that we have been named in the for 2025 & 10th anniversary edition of Ian Froeb’s STL 100 of the best restaurants in St. Louis (even though I am not a brick & mortar but to be fair, I do turn your dinning room into “St.Louis’s most exclusive table”.) ☺️

We will be at the Great Taste event tonight at the Saint Louis Science Center sampling our chopped spicy tuna bites on top of English cucumber w/ wasabi micros. Come swing by & say hi. 🤗

Super excited to be a part of the every year that & .hinkle throw to raise money for the Ollie Hinkle Heart Foundation.

Their mission: To address the unmet needs of heart families while transforming the future of pediatric heart care.

Caring for a child with heart disease is a lifelong journey as pediatric heart disease is a chronic, unrelenting illness. OHHF provides a spectrum of support throughout a child’s lifetime, even in the unfortunate circumstance that they pass away, allowing families constant access to loving, reputable services without barriers.

What a week it has been! We lost power due to last Friday night’s storm, and it didn’t fully return until this past Thursday. 🙃

Thank you all for your patience as we work to catch up. We’ve faced some challenges, but we’re determined to recover. 😊
