Can’t believe my son is turning 9 today! 🎉⏳ 🥳 Time truly flies by too quickly. Watching him grow up has been a blessing beyond words. He’s the sweetest, most loving, and patient kid (except when he’s hangry, but who isn’t, right?). 😅 Since the day he came into this world, my life has been filled with so much joy and purpose. He motivates me to be my best self every day. Everything I do in my business and life is for him. He inspires me to never give up. Happy 9th Birthday my lil Thunder baby. ⚡️🥰

I am still basking in the afterglow of the 😅 Each year, our night market grows exponentially, and it’s all thanks to the incredible support we receive from all of you in the LOU!

My dedicated work crew labors tirelessly at my booth and I consider myself truly blessed to have a team I can rely on. Events like this is fun when you have a staff that brings the night to life.

For everyone that showed up Saturday night, your presence and support for the Asian community and local small businesses mean the world to us. We are so incredibly grateful for each one of you! Happy Father’s Day! On this special day dedicated to celebrating fathers, I find myself reflecting on the impact this extraordinary man has had on my life. The abundance of support and boundless love he has bestowed upon me is straight up queen treatment. It comes as no surprise that I find it challenging to settle for anything less, for he has set the bar impossibly way too high.

In a world where the values of integrity, kindness, and strength seem to be increasingly rare, my father stands out as a shining example of what a true gentleman should embody. I have yet to encounter another man who even comes close to matching the exceptional qualities and character that define my father.

I consider myself incredibly privileged and blessed to have been raised by such an exceptional man. His guidance, wisdom, and unwavering presence in my life have shaped me into the person I am today. I am undoubtedly spoiled by the love and care he showers upon me, and I am forever grateful for the invaluable lessons he has taught me.

As I navigate through life’s journey, I am aware that I am following in the footsteps of a living legend, a man whose legacy of hard work, love, strength, and compassion serves as a guiding light for me. Like the apple that doesn’t fall far from the tree, I strive to embody the same values that he has so instilled in me.

Today, I honor and celebrate not just a father & the most loving grandfather to Raiden, but a mentor, a role model, and a true hero in every sense of the word. Happy Father’s Day to the most remarkable man in my life, whose love and presence continue to inspire and uplift me every day.

You are truly one of the most supportive, hardworking, genuine, and inspiring women I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. I still remember how in awe I was of you back in my teenage “modeling” days. The excitement I felt when you visited the club where I worked was unforgettable, and I couldn’t stop gushing about it for weeks! When told me I would have the opportunity to cook for you, I was over the moon and talked about it for months. Now, after all these years, I am incredibly grateful to have you in my life and call you family. Your strength and authenticity continue to inspire me every day. I have a deep love for cooking. People tell me all the time that I need to go out and travel and enjoy life and hang out and etc etc etc…. But I love what I do. I love my job. It’s fun. I do take mini vacations here or there when I can. Just trying to save up for bigger trips in the future.

Being someone who easily grows bored with repetitive tasks, I find creating omakase meals in your home to be incredibly fulfilling. It allows me to craft new dishes and experiment with familiar ones. I can truly say that, I am NEVER BORED. Lol.

My schedule fills up quickly, especially on days when I am booked for in-home private dinners, as I do not offer sushi trays for delivery on those occasions unfortunately. 😔

Preparing omakase dinners can be quite labor-intensive, often requiring several days of preparation. Despite the extensive preparation involved, we aim to make the process seamless by arriving at your home with everything meticulously prepped and ready for your dining experience.

Sending heartfelt wishes to my incredible dad, HAMA SAN, on his 71st birthday! 🥳 🎂 🎉 He’s not just the Master, the Boss, and the GOAT, but also my guiding light. I owe so much of who I am today to his unwavering support, endless teachings, boundless wisdom & family love. His talent knows no bounds, and his thirst for knowledge is truly inspiring.
I am truly blessed. I wouldn’t be where I am without him. ❤️
