Cheers to the first spring Friday! 🌸🍾 I thought it might be nice to show my face without a camera in front of it so you actually know who your photographer is! 2025 over here at JHP is a year of continuous growth and a focus on elevating our client experience. More than ever you can find me in my studio as I have more studio sessions than ever during the week, and on weekends I’m undoubtedly capturing 1-2 joyful love stories. 2024 was a year of much needed change as I transitioned out of a demanding law enforcement job to a job with the state where I primarily work from home which has afforded me so much more family time and time for weekday sessions. With time now for extra creativity, you’ll find that I’m offering more different kinds of sessions which has me so excited. If you’re looking to book don’t hesitate to reach out with your ideas! 📸

Mondays after weddings are the best and worst. Best because I’m still riding a creative high, worst because my body feels like it’s been hit by a truck after 8 hours of being on my feet and holding up a camera. I’ll take the bad with the good to celebrate my beautiful couples! In the industry we call it the “post-wedding hangover” where vendors feel all the aches and pains after the wedding :)
