•Oversee the setup and breakdown on the wedding day, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
•Act as the point of contact for vendors and handles any unforeseen issues that may arise
•Provide on-site coordination throughout the wedding day to ensure the couple’s vision is executed flawlessly

Coordinator
Knowing the difference between a venue coordinator and a wedding planner/coordinator is something you should know to ensure your big day runs smoothly. While both will play vital roles, their responsibilities differ significantly!
The venue coordinator's focus is simply on the venue itself, handling logistics related to the space (for example, making sure the kitchen is on schedule). On the other hand, a wedding manager/coordinator oversees all aspects of the wedding day outside the venue staff, ensuring seamless execution of your plans. Some venues may offer in-house day-of coordination blurring these lines.
Join us for an evening of floral fun and creativity during our Prom Bloom Bar! At our Bloom Bar, for just $50 per person, you’ll receive a green bouquet base, ribbon, and a stunning boutonniere to complement your prom attire. You’ll have the opportunity to choose from a selection of seasonal blooms to create your floral arrangement. Additional flower stems are purchased separately during the event.
