I am super proud of this young lady and even prouder to say that I know her personally. She’s all that and more. Keep up the GREAT work.

For my April 2024 Local Business Spotlight, I am recognizing Poppin Plates Culinary Incubator in Park Forest because of their dedication to helping our community grow! The inspiration for this business came from the owner, Fershawnda Green, in 2018 after her experience driving to Chicago every day to utilize a shared kitchen space. Not only has Fershawnda worked to grow her own business, but she has dedicated her effort to helping other up-and-coming entrepreneurs in our community. I applaud her continued contributions to other area businesses and look forward to seeing Poppin Plates expand in the future!

Good morning . Well we/I did it again another successful small business pop-up shop thanks to the many vendors that participated.

Good afternoon. If you’re not busy come out to Wanda's World of Entertainment, LLC (2253 E. 83rd Street) Feb. 4th and support small businesses from 1 to 5pm.

Good afternoon. As you all may know October is fastest approaching so if you haven’t gotten your ticket to our 1st Sip & Pour candle making class then I suggest you do so ASAP as this is an event that you wouldn’t want to miss. You can pay me via Zelle or Eventbrite and for more information contact Tawanda at 872 248 8725.

Come out tomorrow and enjoy some good ole wine & flavored wings. You will be able to choose from habanero mango, sweet heat, sweet chili, and buffalo along with several different wines. The cost will be $15 so come on out and enjoy some great company and smooth vibes.
