The first day of Spring has past but it's still cold enough for soup.
Japanese Clear Soup, easy, flavorful and comforting.
All you need it chicken broth, beef broth, water, sesame oil, onion, Carrot, garlic and ginger. Garish with fresh mushroom and green onion and enjoy.
