etarian? At your service. FIG launched in 2005 with the intention of being a company that really caters to our clients. Along the way we figured out that catering to our clients should also include catering to their environment – making responsible decisions to decrease waste, reduce our carbon footprint, and use local resources. FIG has been hesitant to proclaim our “greenness” because we eschew greenwashing in any way, but we realize that we do make a great effort in many areas and it’s important to some of you. No matter the guest count, intimate gatherings are about small details. You won’t remember the exact number of glasses rented, wine bottles recycled, or e-mails sent — even though we will. Flexible, too: Local or organic? Vegetarian? Gluten-free? Ethnic? Adventurous? At your service.

We offer event catering services including the food, beverage, staff, rentals, and more, in your home, office, or at a great Chicagoland venue. We customize menus so while you’ll find some sample menus on this site we don’t want you to feel like you’re limited to those options.
