** Everything is homemade from scratch, except for like the tortillas and the wonton wrappers, All meat was prepared separately from any items containing milk on separate prep stations/with different specific cutlery/plates/warming trays. So it should be vegetarian approved. And all meat is halal, The rest is prepared following kosher standards. So, there should be a little something for everyone, including the vegans if dietary restrictions were a hard subject**
