Plan your route in advance for the Chicago Christmas Tree Lighting on Friday, November 22!
💡 Enter from the south — the fastest entrances will be the ones entering into the Park or Michigan Avenue from Monroe Street.
🎄 Get here early — the pre-show begins at 5pm with a lot of great performances!
🎆 Mind the street closures — Michigan Avenue between Randolph and Monroe, Washington Street between Michigan and Wabash, Madison Street between Wabash and Michigan will be closed 10 am-11:59 pm on Friday.

Chicago’s 2024 Christmas tree is here in !
The 53-foot Colorado Blue Spruce was donated by the Holden-Shaddick family of . DCASE Commissioner Hedspeth shared that "This year's holiday tree is truly special as it's from right here in Chicago and several new trees will be planted in its place."

Join us for the Christmas Tree Lighting on November 22nd at 6pm - featuring fireworks, performances and it's FREE to attend!
