The overnight marinade is pineapple juice, hoisin,sweet chili, wasabi, ginger, garlic Scallion, mustard, #chefjulius spices, light soy sauce and togarashi. Smoke over hickory and Pecan wood. Then you add the Wizard Dust glaze. So RIDICULOUS and TENDER.
