I knew there had to be a better option to being a remote worker and a full-time parent to a little baby.

My vision became Itsy Bitsy, a space offering parents the unique opportunity to invest in their career, while also investing in the caring and nurturing environment for their child. Our flexible structure and affordable model allow families to find high-quality care for their child, while focusing on work uninterrupted just a few feet away.

At Itsy Bitsy we believe parenting shouldn't be done in isolation, that parents have passions and careers that still matter after babies, and work-life balance is achievable with support!

When I was a young mother and full-time professional, I needed flexible, affordable, and reliable childcare, but didn’t want to miss out on the opportunity to be present during my baby’s growth and milestones. After trying numerous childcare options, I realized that what I needed wasn’t offered, so I had to create it.
