We were married at Mrs. Murphy & Sons Irish Bistro (IB) this past weekend and it was a great experience start to finish. Jaime was great from the beginning when we first contacted IB looking for a space and stayed like that the entire way through. She listened to what we wanted to do and gave good advice on set up, appetizers, drink packages and dinner, that were based on our budget and preferences.
The second floor that can be rented out for events is beautiful and was a great setting. It is well maintained and has character and is comfortable and inviting. The IB let us access to the space the entire day so all those helping us were able to go in and decorate and set up the desserts in advance. The Elizabeth Room was a beautiful backdrop for the ceremony. Everyone at the IB kept the flow of the evening moving without feeling rushed and all the staff were very attentive during the cocktail hour, dinner, and at the bar during dancing . The food was delicious-this was important to us, to have good food and drink, and they delivered.
We want to thank Jaime and the rest of the staff for their hard work, attention to detail, and calm demeanor and making sure that the entire event was a success.
