Pack your bags (or at least, your AV gear)—we’re on the move! AV Chicago is thrilled to announce our upcoming relocation to our new home in Maywood, where we’ll be setting up shop in a bigger, better, and even more space.

Why the move? This new location gives us the room to grow, innovate, and continue to provide the exceptional AV production and event management services you’ve come to rely on. With more space for our top-tier equipment and team, we’re ready to turn up the volume (literally and figuratively) on your events!

When ITsavvy envisioned their Elevate 2025 event at The Loews Chicago O'Hare Hotel, they needed an unforgettable experience—and AV Chicago delivered. Guests were welcomed by stunning LED columns, while a 26'x16' LED wall set the tone for a captivating general session.

A geometric scenic backdrop and dynamic lighting brought the stage to life, and every detail—breakout rooms, exhibit spaces, and even dining areas—featured crystal-clear sound. From start to finish, it was an event designed to inspire, and we’re proud to have been part of the magic.

We helped bring a festive glow to the CTC Destination Management holiday party at the Chevy Chase Country Club. We set the mood with uplighting throughout the venue, café lighting for outdoor carriage rides, and a moving head gobo system that created a magical wintery starry night inside the reception space.

The evening was topped off by our entertainment lighting package that brought the main stage to life with vibrant color, texture, and movement, perfectly complementing the musical performances and décor to wrap up the night in style!

The holidays came alive with AV Chicago’s lighting at the The Peninsula Chicago for CTC Destination Management! From the cocktail hour with perimeter uplighting and a piano wash to the stunning dinner ambiance, we created the perfect mood. Even the dessert reception looked extra sweet with its own uplighting!

The after-party was lit with a moving light package for the dance floor, plus photo op washes and Titan tubes for some DJ and bar flair. It was like the dance floor had a mind of its own!

We had the pleasure of ringing in the new year at Soho House Chicago, providing all the audio, lighting, and drapery support to set the scene for an unforgettable NYE celebration!

From the full-range audio system for the club floor, including delays around the space, to the uplighting that filled the venue with a warm glow, every detail was on point.

We also draped the ceiling and walls for a dramatic touch, while the entrance drape made a bold statement in the lobby. It was a night to remember!
