This flyer was was posted all around our 1st Ward neighborhood last month by Alderman La Spata and the 1st Ward office. I am highly blessed to be given the opportunity to present our proposal in adding an event space to the current art gallery. 🙌🏾

In order to add an event space we need a PPA license (Public Place of Amusement). This would allow us to provide live music, private rentals, and sell tickets in addition to our art gallery's variety of expositions. Our building is B1 zoning and does not allow a PPA license. I will be proposing tonight a Zoning Amendment to change from B1 to B3 zoning where a PPA license is allowed. 👍🏾

The community is invited as it's the community's right to vote whether or not a business is fit for their community. Though pretty nervous, I am putting together a PowerPoint presentation to present tonight virtually in front of the Alderman, the 1st Ward office, and the community. 👀

Because it's virtual I figured it made sense to invite all of you who suppprt me and my business endeavors to tune into tonight's Virtual 1st Ward First Look at 6:00PM RSVP .com. 👋🏾
