We’ve seen it time and again—clients closing out their events with a live performance that ends up being the highlight for their guests.

For this unforgettable experience, we transformed a private airport runway into a vibrant street festival, bringing in every element to turn this bare-bones setting into something incredible!

Trippin Billies took the stage, closing out the weekend with high energy and an epic fireworks show that lit up the night sky. 🎆

5 days of events with just 6 weeks of planning? Let’s talk about it 👇

For an Annual Partners Meeting in Phoenix, we had just six short weeks to plan 20 unique events for this 5-day conference.

From the custom-designed piano lounge to an epic casino night and a surprise concert by Pat Benatar, every detail needed to be perfect! ✨

This incentive experience required all hands on deck – from linen and furniture to florals and globally-inspired music.

The result? The proof is in the pictures! 😍

We’re thrilled with how everything turned out, and it was a testament to the dedication and skills of our amazing Next Level team.

As we celebrate our 15th anniversary here at Next Level, we're reminiscing about some of the incredible events we produced in our early years, like the 15th anniversary celebration for Deeply Rooted Dance Theater. 🤩

In honor of their 15th season, we created a spectacular gala event and performance, bringing together the Board of Directors, current and prospective donors, supporters, and community members.

To garner even more support, our team produced three Up Close and Personal performances in the DRDT dance studio. The performance was breathtaking, and we loved every minute of working with their amazing team to bring this celebration to life.

For our global partners' retreat in Orlando, Florida, we teamed up with Nuage Designs, Inc. to sprinkle luxury and sophistication into every moment to nearly 20 events spanning the week-long conference.

We were thrilled to discover that Nuage Designs now has a local presence right here in Chicago, offering everything from stunning linens and chic furniture to elegant event accessories, so we can’t wait for more collaborations to come.

For this day-long customer-facing trade show, our client asked us to source a venue, vendors, and keynote speakers to align with their vision.

Using a large industrial venue as our canvas, we incorporated lighting effects, stock staging, oversized screens, and custom window decals to promote brand awareness and keep the nearly 400 attendees engaged throughout the summit.

As a Chicago-based small business, we couldn't be prouder to be part of a city that's always at the forefront of big moments and bold initiatives. 🌟

The annual Democratic National Convention (DNC) is taking place in just a few weeks, and Chicago has been selected as the host city!

So much goes on behind the scenes to make a massive event like the DNC a success. For example, when we planned this fireside chat and press event with former President Obama while he was in office, safety and security were our top priorities.

In just 5 short days, our dedicated team orchestrated every last detail – from stage decking to AV and tech setup, rentals to pipe and drape, and everything in between.
