CPR Certification:
The American Heart Association Adult and Pediatric CPR learning course equips students to recognize and care for a variety of emergencies involving adults, children and infants. This class satisfies OSHA workplace requirements, but can be taken by anyone who has the desire to always be prepared in case of an emergency. Upon successful completion a valid two-year digital certificate for Adult and Pediatric CPR is issued.

Over the past many years, the Vernon Hills community and our neighbors have been exceptionally supportive of our business.
We couldn't be happier with our decision to "give back" to the community with this offering. BASE Limousine Service is sponsoring 12 registrations for CPR/First Aid in partnership with the Vernon Hills Park District. (Class size: 12)
"Currently, about 9 in 10 people who have cardiac arrest outside the hospital die. But CPR can help improve those odds. If it is performed in the first few minutes of cardiac arrest, CPR can double or triple a person's chance of survival."

It's time to start our next term of GBTA Chicago Leadership! We have 5 Executive Board positions, 4 Allied Council and 2 Direct Council positions that will be up for election in November.

These positions are elected by Members through a nomination / self-nomination process. Nominations for the 2023/2024 term will be open from October 26 - November 9, 2022 with elections to follow. Please note that each term is 2 years and all member types can vote for each category.

The ideal candidate(s) for the position is a professional individual who is readily available to work and available early mornings, and nights/weekends. It's been quite some time since we've been "able" to put a smile on the face of a child that needs it. So many deserving kids had to put their wish on "hold" over the past year.
